I want to say in this article, if all of them are wrong. Video games are bad if you play too much. Well, the key word is “mostly”. If we look at the definition, ‘most’ of it means more than what is needed. Yes, all things, if mostly are not good. Example, you must agree that eating or sleeping is a good thing but if you eat or sleep too much, what do you do? It’s not good. That doesn’t mean you won’t eat or sleep, right? But of course, finally you limit eat or sleep.
Then how good is video games for us? OK, I’ll try to explain it to you.

Video games can increase the speed at which the brain processes information, improve reasoning and problem-solving skills. People who play video games have 20% higher cognitive abilities than those who don’t play video games.

You have to look for information, analyze, try various ways, plan a strategy to pass a level or stage. So, what’s the point of all this for you? Obviously, these questions are actually a problem that you have to solve. In essence, the thought process that you do when working on questions and completing levels or stages in the game is exactly the same. People who play games have the ability to make decisions 25% faster than those who don’t play games, why? In video games you often really need the speed to take some decisions. You are given a problem, and you have to solve it as soon as possible. If not, then you lose. Actually, this is not far from number 1 above. Problem-solving skills are trained continuously, so over time making decisions to solve problems will be faster.
Then, what is the importance of this for you? If you are working on a question, there is no time limit, so this is useless. You make decisions quickly then you do things faster.
It Will Be Easier for You to Remember and Focus
Playing video games can improve short-term and long-term memory, as well as focus. Playing video games can make your memory better, then make it easier for you to focus. Why?
